"Staff were helpful and friendly but property is very tired. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and bedroom, and the room smelt slightly damp. There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning."

Also, the check-out door was locked, which made it difficult to return the key normally; a key box would be a good idea. Overall, it was relatively quiet, and I appreciated the back entrance for after-hours access."

"Beautiful property, staff helpful and attentive from check in to check out. All staff said hello when passing and asked if we needed help. Pool clean and comfortable. Lovely steam/sauna available. Enjoyed a great evening meal in the hotel, good menu choice, spacious dinning area with wonderful views as mainly glass windows to all aspects. Reasonable price for a hotel.Room was lovely, spacious. Coffee/tea facilities. Quiet room with a beautiful bathroom with complimentary shampoo/body wash and plenty of clean towels to hand. We booked massages and enjoyed both hot stone and aromatherapy full body massage. Ladies changing area was clean and great use of lockers.
