"First off the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed here with work for three weeks. Breakfast was ok but what you got seemed to depend on which chef was working that day. But overall the food was very well cooked. The evening meals were also well presented and decent portions. They had a new carpet fitted in the dining area which one of the managers was very proud to point out to me as I hadn’t noticed it. What they should have spent the money on was some decent showers which desperately need updating and a decent WiFi that actually works. Other than that I would stay again."

"Room was clean Staff was helpful Breakfast was very good Outdoor look nice The only problem was that there was no fridge in the room and with that hot weather this was not helpful Also there was no lift and we had to carry our luggage upstairs We are all elderly one with heart problem This was not a help as we had to go up a lot I was very worried about my friend with heart problem"

"This Inn is an old building and we appreciate that it is difficult to keep clean, but a more thorough dusting of the bedrooms at least would not go amiss. The bathroom facilities were a bit cramped and tired. The full breakfasts were fine, but the evening meal choices, and quality, were ok but not inspiring. The free car park was adequate for the number of rooms, but could be overwhelmed if a function was being held. Other car parks are available nearby. The location could hardly be bettered, very near the town; the cathedral; and the attractive Bishop's Palace Gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A satisfactory place for a short stay in Chichester."

"This hotel is close to the City Centre and has around 5 parking spaces for clients. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property is very old and each room is named after the Cathedral bishops. The room was light and airy with windows that open. We were at the back and there is a public path which was a bit noisy. The rooms are fine but could do with some updating. The breakfast was made to order and hot which cannot be said for more modern hotels in the City."
