I was not even able to stay at the hotel, once I got there they canceled my room. Saying that they charged the card on file but since it was denied they canceled. I have always paid at the location this was the location that did this. Very disappointing.

Valet and bellmen were great as always. Polite and helpful. The staff brought up an extra valet for my kids on the pullout couch. Great setup for family with kids!
