Great location, great price. The views from the pool and breakfast are SPECTACULAR. The breakfast is always great, and the staff is super friendly. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Chicago, close to everything. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby, and close to the Red Line El train if you want to go to Wrigleyville or explore other neighborhoods.

Great location however you enter at the ground level then go up elevators to the 6th floor to check in. Its not accessible at all. We got stuck in the elevator and there was always a long wait whether we were coming or going. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. It is just a older hotel. The pull out couch was squeaky but they did provide a bed topper. it was good and we had a great time in Chicago but will probably not stay at that hotel again.

I liked that the train station was close (red line) and was walking distance to magnificent mile and bus transportation. The hotel also provided light refreshments which really nice. The hotel was pretty much walking distance to a lot of the attractions I wanted to see on my visit.

Initially, the desk light and power outlets were not working, and the refrigerator wasn't running either. However, a maintenance worker came to check the circuit breaker, and everything started working fine. While the hotel itself feels a bit dated, it is clean, conveniently located, and perfect for a long-term stay.

Check in fast & efficient. Breakfast area clean and spacious. Room was clean but bathroom door would not close without putting toilet seat up each time. Very annoying and gross to have to touch each time. Usb in bedside lights were great for charging our mobile phones. Only lost a star for toilet issue. Staff great. Breakfast manager fabulous with everyone.
