The staff was great and the location was perfect for our trip. We were able to walk to lots of places. The lobby was lovely and we enjoyed the bar. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit tired and could use the refresh.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with champagne and treats upon arrival! Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the gym was great for a quick workout. The hotel sits in a perfect, central location just steps away from the Magnificent Mile and plenty of excellent dining options. It is also adjacent to a great restaurant and bar with fantastic bartenders who made excellent drinks. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the exceptional hospitality, comfort, and prime location more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!
