Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
"Clean and modern room. Decorations are beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Half block to the magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave). The only drawback was the room was not ready at 3 pm When we checked in. We actually had to wait 30 minutes to get our room card."
