Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible experience at this hotel ! I booked it on Expedia , showing the name “ hiyes” and they messaged me “ we are in front of the train station. 6F. When I got there, there was no hotel named “ Hiyes”, because they listed the Chinese name there. I called the hotel, the girl who picked up the phone was so rude! She complained I came late at 10 pm, front desk was off at 7pm, so she told to find another one and tried to cancel my reservation. I said that I took 2 hrs train to make there, how you can cancel my book when I was there finally. Then she gave me the PIN code to get in the door. The pin pad was working so bad, I tried again and again, but still not pen. She totally lost patience, kept saying I didn’t do it at all! It was a nightmare!
Stayed 1 night in May 2026
