The customer service at hotel Casa is fantastic and it seems to have got even better than the last time we stayed. This trip was our fifth visit and it will not be our last. We love the location as well as it makes visiting Derbyshire so easy.

It is a nice hotel for a short stop. Room was nice, staff lovely , easy parking . Near by shopping centres, petrol station - it was handy fit be. Air conditioning worked well. Room has tea and coffee machine. My only complain- breakfast as awful - simply unbeatable .

Good Stay

Excellent check in, oiur room was available early which was handy as we had a wedding to attend locally so could drop off our luggage. Staff in the bar were friendly and attentive, room was nice, modern and clean and breakfast service was good.
