The facility is convenient to major Cherokee activities. Clean room, common areas and breakfast dining. Very attentive and helpful staff. From this base we were able to visit Bryson Cilty, Maggie Valley and Oconuluftee Welcome Center. Will definitely stay again in future trips.

The room was okay. It is a 2-3 star property. The breakfast bar was limited - the waffle was the best part. Everything was working in the room and the staff was very friendly. It is on a main highway and close to fast food. It was fine for a quick overnight stay.

I have stayed everywhere in Cherokee and this is the nicest experience so far. A little dated (the hotel) but the staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean.

great stay. air was cold, beds clean, pool great, eggs sausage biscuits & gravy good. clean property!. was a great stay for us. the only improvement i would recommend is to repair the card entry to the motel which is not working. anyone could just walk in from the street. would stay again!

From South Carolina to Cherokee, NC

It was pretty cool. Any hotel that offers free breakfast in the a.m. is plus for me and my fiancé. We visited here for the 1st time recently for my big brother birthday. Awesome I’d love to book again, the Casino resort was literally in walking distance. Beautiful place. This was our first trip to this hotel. One of the worst experiences in our travels. During check in we were given our keys to room and when we opened the door to the room it was already occupied. I went back up the steps and spoke to front desk and was given another room. The next morning I noticed dried blood on my sheets. This was not from me but a previous customer. Called to front desk to report and request change of sheets. Gentleman at the front desk told ME to notify housekeeping because they were right outside my door. I do not recommend staying here. The shower was very weak. Poor customer service and lack of cleanliness.
