"The inside of the room was nice but you could see gaps in the door frame. There was dog poop in the yard. Trash and needles on the parking area. And it said it was no smoking but their was people smoking cigarettes and weed so bad that we canceled our stay and went to another hotel "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfy for a hotel. Lol. The staff was great!! For the price it was a great stay. My only issues is i could hear every neighbor. But again for the price great hotel!! I will stay again"

"One night traveling - Everything was fine, especially for the price. Room was clean, tv amazing, shower pressure was awesome. They had a pool and workout room. Some road noise. Bed comfortable for me. Front desk clerk friendly- free cookie- nice comfortable lobby - I did not have breakfast. "

"The jacuzzi did not work and the first night there was no water. The walls had scracted out areas and a hole filled with what looked to be toothpaste. They did switch me out of the first room which was way worse and only one lock worked so the second room was safer. "

"The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price."

"My room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was no refrigerator in the room and the ice bucket provided was so tiny you could not fit much ice in it, so...no cold drinks in my room. :( My biggest issue was with the hotel elevators and stairs. For a large hotel, having only 2 small elevators is a bit questionable. For my stay, only one of the elevators worked and it was very slow and small. Often, there was a long line of guests waiting to go up or down. Further, there were 3 stairways and the only one that went from the main floor to the room floors was tucked away in the back of a meeting room. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel catering to guests at large meetings in the convention center. Don't believe I will stay there again."
