The room was clean and fresh. Air wasn’t on, but it didn’t take long to cool down. Comfortable bed and squishy pillows (which I like). It was quiet too. Easy to get to & plenary of restaurants and Walmart near by. Great pricing!

Conveniently located with close up parking. The inside facility needed carpet replaced on the stairs, very worn. My rooms comforter needed replaced due to several cigarette burns. All in all I've certainly stayed in worse hotels.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The lady named Shelly is amazing. She makes sure she makes you feel welcomed and is very friendly. I will be staying here again when I return to Oklahoma again .

The staff was great and the bed was comfortable. The outside looked fine and I felt safe. The room could have been cleaner. The furniture was worn and there were holes in the comforter. The bathroom was badly in need of repairs.

Great location in the middle of Sallisaw, but the hotel is run down and smelled of mildew. Would not stay again and that’s all I really have to say.

It is in a good location. Restuarants very close. Check in was very easy. Lady was really nice. The only problem was doing it on line it didn't tell me the room I reserved was upstairs. I am on oxygen and there is no elevator only stairs. The pet fee was only $15.00. But the minute you walked into building all you could smell was cigarette smoke. We got non- smoking room and could smell it in our room. The room was ok. Old carpet hadn't been shampooed in no telling when. Bedspread had cigarette burns in it. Carpet has cigarette burns. Supposed to be non smoking room. Price through Expedia was great. Sorry to say if we can't get downstairs we want stay again. I really don't think it was a nonsmokers room.

Customer service is a dying trait.

The hotel is pet friendly. We didn’t have a dog. I asked for ground floor. One left. It smelled like dogs, which I was debating on changing rooms, then we found bedbugs. We were transferred to an upstairs room which smelled much better and no bugs. But no elevator and they wouldn’t accommodate for 3 guests, which is what I had originally asked for. They offered a rollaway bed for $15 per night and I had to haul up the stairs. No thanks! We had already prepaid for 2 nights, it was late and I was tired. There was no effort to provide hospitality or make good on customer service. The breakfasts were good, room temp was comfortable. Parking was good. I just wish we had received what we asked for. 1 king room accommodating 3 guests instead of the 1queen for 2 guests. We had to put together a makeshift pallet on the table for my son. We did get an extra pillow and blankets. I’m not a Karen, I just believe that customer service is a dying trait. I’m not one to complain bc I can roll with the punches, when you’ve worked in public service, you know that hospitality and good customer service is a must. Make them happy!

The desk attendant was the only thing nice about this place. She was very friendly and accommodating. The outside of the building was very dirty and needed a good power washing if nothing else. My room was what I call "a pig with lipstick." The carpet was filthy, and was probably the orginal from when the place was first built. The decor items was that of the hotel chain requirements, but the new paint was just covering bad repair nobs from holes put in the walls at some point in time. The mattress was old and lumpy and I was really concerned about the possibility of bedbugs, but fortunately I did not have any bites or see blood anywhere the next morning. The room I had was an accessabily room which included a disability shower, but I opted to not use it due to not being in the best shape. I stopped at the "breakfast bar" on the way out, but walked back out without eating due to not having options with proteins. I will not stay there again.
