"We loved our 2 day stay. The showered was great. The restaurant staff, room staff and check in were great. We loved the hospitality of the cooks and servers in all 3 restaurants. The ceiling in the room leaked from A/C.
The only incident that put a damper was one of the front staff rudely told my young daughter who was taking a call in the lobby and had her foot touch the chair in front (not fully placed) to sit well as it is the lobby. I wonder if they share the same concerns with the men there who literally had their feet up with no shoes. The double standards and treatment of women differently still exist?"
"Very clean and helpful stay. Only issue is you will receive lot of communication prior to travel and sometimes the regional folks and local folks don’t exactly communicate to each other. They will sort it out eventually."

"I have stayed at this hotel in the past but not very recently. The renovated "club" room in which I stayed this time is very well done. The layout of the room is more or less as it was before the renovation. That was always very spacious; almost a suite. But now everything is fresh and looking new. That room, facing the back was very quiet too. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will return."
