"Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service."

The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, with beautifully maintained lobby areas. My room was spacious, functional, and offered great value for the price—truly a 7-star experience! The only minor suggestion I have is that the TV menu could be made a bit simpler to navigate. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely superb! The selection was vast, catering to all tastes with a brilliant mix of local Indian delicacies and international classics. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a culinary delight we looked forward to every day. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. I would like to give a special shout-out to a few individuals who went above and beyond: Ashit was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. Tamanna was so helpful and gracious, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with a warm smile. Washid also took great care of us, and his service was impeccable. While these individuals stood out, the sentiment extends to each and every member of the staff we encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, looked after my family with genuine kindness and efficiency. We left feeling not just like guests, but like valued friends.
