"We've stayed at Somerset properties in different cities throughout China and I'd say this one was a little below my expectations. As a serviced apartment, it checks the boxes. But we had expectations of a more luxurious feel that we've had from other Somersets, and this one didn't have it. The issue I took with it is how dated it is. "This hotel smelled great. it's not the overwhelming perfume or potpourri, but a pleasant smell of tea leaves. The breakfast was so great with so many varieties. All their staff were super friendly and courteous. I want to give a special thanks to Robert tending the the first floor. He's a hero in helping me navigating through the transportation system and my itinerary in China. Overall, a lovely experience. I wish I had more time in this hotel as I only stayed two nights."
