"This was one of my favorite hotels and I travel a few months a year. The staff at check in was great as well as anyone else I encountered during my stay. The room was spacious and clean. They had a nice gym setup and the breakfast was also good. Several restaurants within walking distance "

"The hotel and the rooms were in great shape - very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delish and offered a variety each morning. The front desk staff was not profession - underdressed and on their phones, sometimes annoyed at being disrupted to answer a question."

"Stayed only one night due to properties' closeness to the hospital. Room served its purpose, was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the room fronted a busy (noisy) highway which impacted our sleep. But, we lived through it. Check-in was easy and quick; served by a pleasant young lady (Caroline)."

"Simple overnight stay as we were travelling through. The breakfast was good, and the room was exactly what we needed, without extra frills. The one thing I appreciated was the willingness of the staff to help us after we discovered we had left a few things in the room after leaving. We were already too far away to turn back, and they held all our belongings for us for a full week before we were passing through again. It was very appreciated."

"Every time someone would close their door.. was so loud, also. You can hear them above you, they were walking on the floor. It was like they were in our room, for a new place it was not sound proff"

"parking was good, staff was pleasant and took care of problems: no tub fixed, no luggage cart delivered to door, but she was the only one at the front desk no matter what time we went by! Toilet seat was loose and too high. Decor was terrible."
