The staff was great, the room was clean but the place is a little dated. Sonny was great. The phone didn't work and I was unable to control the temperature in the room. The lovely young lady at the desk set me up in a different room and helped me with my very heavy suitcase. If I am correct, her name is Leigh. Breakfast was good as it started at 6am which is about when we planned on leaving. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was helpful. King bed was comfortable. Couch pull-out bed was comfortable. Good layout in the room, lots of space, mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and hot tub was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was amazing and had great belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, coffee bar, juice bar.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage and a waffle maker on top of regular continental iitems. The only issue was our bathroom. We were placed in a handicapped room, which I didn't reserve, the shower was disgusting. The light over it flickered on and off. The shower itself looked extremely dirty and needs a total overhaul. It was so bad I didn't want to use it so had to do without.
