"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great. "I stayed for one night and was impressed by the excellent customer service and helpful staff. However, the room had an odd smell, and the bathroom was quite dated. Overall, great service but the facilities could use an upgrade."
