"Beautiful hotel, absolutely loved the waterfall at night time. My room opened up to the sound, it also a very nice balcony overlooking the hotel pool and waterfall. Make sure to get a room overlooking the pool with deck. "

"Our first room had blood drippings on the side of the tube. Room had an unusual smell. We ordered 2 queen beds but when I went to complain they didn’t have a room available except a king bed which I needed 2. The second room the walls were dirty. The thermostat was broke in the front room. Furniture was filthy. The morning manger gave me 75 dollars back on my room. The night manager seems like she just didn’t want to be there. Did not do any discounts or anything I even offered to clean it. "

"We stayed for one night for an early flight out the next day. The staff was so nice and friendly. The airport shuttle was great, and I loved that we could leave our car on their property for a fee. The shuttle picked us back up from the airport when we returned. We would definitely stay here again!"
