It is a renovated motel, right next to a busy road. Road noise was very bothersome during our three nights stay. The room is quite small. No reception desk, need to check-in online with digital lock instructions. Dinning options are very limited nearby. Won't stay here again.

The room seems like newly renovated. Very clean . Small but enough room. It is right beside the hway so you will hear the hway noise beside that everything else is good. The location very near Ruby Falls. .the host is very responsive. Lots of fast food and convenient store around it.

This was an adorable little lodge right at the bottom of Lookout Mountain. The self check in was very nice. I did notice, though, my bed was not made when I arrived, making me wonder if I had somehow gotten into the wrong room. I think housekeeping just forgot to make my bed. Aside from that, I had an excellent stay!

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. The room was super clean and the perfect size for my daughter and I. The mattress was so comfortable. Very easy check in and out.

Very cute room. The hot water in the kitchen sink did not work. The lock for the front door stopped working on the first night we had to change the batteries. Ask for towels and were told they would have to check and see if they were allowed to give us extra towels. I've never had a hotel do this.

The staff was very nice and promptly responded to a towel request. We stayed 5 days and needed more towels within no time they had us towels to last our visit. The only complaint I had would be the traffic. The motel perfect location to visit Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain. The are is safe and the scenery is pleasant.

Loved the room and the decor. My only complaint is too close to the busy highway. Room number 1 has limited sight to access highway when a car is parked between room 2 & 3. Also big drop off as you leave drive. Otherwise enjoyed it immensely.

Check in was super easy. The room is exactly as shown, unfortunately for myself, my floor was not swept or mopped. All of the surfaces were just sort of unkept. The road is very noisy and busy, but the a/c does help drown out most of it, and it’s not bad during normal sleep hours. It is very close to Ruby Falls, which was a plus!
