La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - Lookout Mtn
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great time during our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was super hot outside and lots of places were having AC trouble. Our room was one of them. They were very attentive and took matters seriously and acted quick. They were able to move us to another room so we could have our AC working properly. They were so nice! I would recommended to anyone. Great stay! And the pool was great! Breakfast was really good too! And such an amazing location. Close to downtown and Rock City and other interesting places."
"I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved! Definitely will go back when I can! It's my favorite hotel in the area."
