"First off, there is NO elevator and I feel like that was buried in the description. The lobby smelled like vomit. The carpet in the hallways and stairwells (no elevator) was stained and dirty. Dog friendly -we discovered this tidbit when a big dog barked for a while across the hall from us. The lady checking us in had zero personality and didn't mention there was no elevator. Our tv remote has no batteries so I had to go down to get some and I felt like it was a huge inconvenience to her. I will say the beds were satisfactory. We didn't eat breakfast, when we went down there were no eggs or hash browns, leaving on sausage patties as the only hot food offerings. I checked the reviews BEFORE booking and I they are NOT consistent with our experience at all!!! I do not recommend."

"Location was great, right in the centre of Chattanooga. Plenty of restaurants around, and a walk to the wonderful Aquarium and river. Staff were helpful. The full kitchen was useful to have and the room was very spacious and well equipped. Parking was over the road in a public block but was quite big and close to the hotel. $25 a night."

"Room was good, bed was comfortable. Facility needs maintenance work. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was more coffee flavored water. Definitely a budget option, but not f you are looking for a clean place to sleep and good amenities in the room, it was definitely good enough! I stay here every time I come to visit my son. No frills, but the rooms are nice and clean."
