Fun and comfortable place to stay

Overall a good hotel. The food is good, and served in a fun venue. The evening buffet has something for vegetarians but it's overpriced unless you eat meat. This is common for the region. I suspect the food is of a very high quality. The pirate theme is great for kids, and make the place a bit different for adults. The dining room is lovely to look at. The main drawback at certain times of the year is that the hotel isn't air conditioned. If it's not hot weather, this won't matter.

Don't do it!

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Un ménage plus sérieux aurait évité de trouver des cheveux des précédents occupants. Certes, le coin douche est petit mais, il aurait assurément mérité une vraie cabine de douche avec une vraie porte pour garantir un minimum d’intimité durant sa toilette.

Hôtel convenable, personnel, très aimable. Les chambres sont correctes juste les douches petites et dommage que le local ne soit pas climatisé. Sinon tout est parfait

Pour un premier week-end en famille au Futuroscope le choix de l'hôtel semblait bien mais décevant, chambe non climatisé 40° extérieur, rez de chaussée donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, à cinq adultes dans la chambre très difficile de trouver le sommeil. Distributeur de boissons fraîches dans le hall vide .

3 jours au parc

Nous avons passer 3 nuits dans l'hôtel,afin de découvrir le futuroscope. L'accueil a été très bien,nous avons eu tout les renseignements pour que notre séjour se passe bien Chambre très bien équipée et spacieuse Les petits déjeuners sont bien copieux et la formule du buffets a volonté pour le soir bien pensé

Propreté décevante

Nous sommes arrivés du dimanche le lendemain nous avons dû aller signaler qu il y avait des punaises de lit ceux ci nous ont dit qu il y avait une IA sous tous les lits ce qui est faux.O. 1 également signaler que les WC fuyait toutes la nuit on entendait l eau couler impossible de dormir paisiblement , aucune pression à la douche .Nous sommes allez déjeuner nous avons retrouvé des plateaux sales, verres calcaires, cafards au restaurant nous l avons signaler .(La secrétaire nous a répondu pour les cafards je vous croient ) J'ai du aller chez le médecin qui m'a certifié que sur moi et mon enfant c'était bien des piqûres de punaises de lit Nous avons également signaler qu il y avait des traces sur les draps et des bonbons sous les matelas on nous a répondu les femmes de ménages lèvent les matelas en debut de saisons . Je trouve cela inadmissible vu les prix qu'ont a payer

Point positif : la chambre

Hôtel situé à 15 minutes à pied de l entrée du parc. Parking gratuit, choisissez bien votre place car elles sont petites. Et ma voiture a été abîmée par le conducteur mal vaillant de la voiture d à côté. Les abords de l hôtel ne sont pas réjouissants : déchets, autoroute derrière....Mais les chambres, sont propres, spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner buffet du matin est bien achalandé en sucré mais en salé : pas grand chose et pas appétissant. Produits bas de gamme : Plutôt à éviter ! Pour résumer : chambre, draps et serviettes impeccables, mais pour le reste plutôt moyen!

Hébergement d'un autre temps

Nous avons passé 2 jours en famille (2 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants). Nous avons payé 216e pour 2 nuits. Ce séjour pour visiter le parc du Futuroscope a été gâché par cet hébergement vétuste, qui n'offre aucun confort et de surcroît sale. Nous avons trouvé du linge de lit tâché, un sol sale, le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours nous a t on dit à l'accueil. Une chambre non climatisée, aucun mini frigo à disposition, la douche séparée de la chambre principale simplement par un rideau. Aucune intimité possible. Bref, la prochaine fois je prendrai une chambre dans un grand groupe hôtelier...

Une fois pas deux

Chambre petite, l'hôtel à besoin d'un bon coup de de rénovation, pas de clim dans les chambres donc le micro ventilateur ne sert à rien, extrêmement bruyant avec les colonies qui y sejourne. Pour le restaurant pareil il aurait besoin d'être rénové et l'hygiène n'y est pas du tout car des cafards se balade sur le buffet. Pour le petit déjeuner un peu plus de produit serait sympa.

A 15 mns du Futuroscope, hôtel bien situé, chambre assez grande ,nous étions 3 mais chambre prévue pour 5 , sûrement petite pour 5.La douche est dans la chambre donc peut être incommodant pour des familles recomposées. Mais pour nous elle était parfaite en sachant que nous restions juste pour les douches et dormir .Accueil bon , des boissons fraîches et café en distributeurs , ventilateur à demander à l accueil. Restaurant pirates buffet bon rapport qualité/prix avec une réduction si on réserve à l hôtel le matin pour le soir .

Deux nuits au sein de l’hôtel. Grosses chaleurs durant le séjour, un peu chaud dans la chambre. Mais nous avons bien dormi malgré tout. Pas de mini frigo ou bouilloire dans la chambre ce qui oblige à prendre le petit déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel, lequel n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Si vous arrivez tôt le matin, le buffet est fourni il y en a pour tous les goûts. (Peut-être ajouter des céréales ou pains sans gluten et fromage type St Moret ou Kiri) boissons chaudes et jus de fruits. Quand on arrive plus tard le réassort n’est pas effectué et difficile de trouver son bonheur. Il a eu lieu mais trop tard me concernant 😕 Il y a des distributeurs de boissons froides et chaudes dans le hall de l’hôtel. Globalement nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour😊
