"Very clean rooms "

"Staff very unfriendly at front desk. Lack of knowledge. My wife was at the front desk late evening and the agent took a long time to check in . Asked two times the ID . From a chain like Hilton we are expecting a better customer service "

"We loved our stay at the Seaport Hotel. Everyday it was clean and welcoming. Staff was so kind and made us feel like we were at home every time we came back to the hotel. Also wonderful harbor views from most of the rooms. "

And really loved the common area/living room with high quality food available 24/7, a fun vibe where it was possible to get serious work done comfortably, and friendly staff. "Room was clean but noisy the hotel literally is on top the highway and you can get the whole thing from outside thru the wall A/C we tried to turned the heat at night and has a humid smell that stinks the whole room. Have to call to front desk around midnight due to some kids playing hockey in the hallway apparently was normal that parents let the kids been disrespectful and the front desk lady was rude and apologized saying that was my fault feel like that in resume I will never be back to this hotel my 3 nights were horrible "

"Nice room. Bathroom down the hall is different but ok. Bathrooms need better cleaning between use. They don’t empty the trash which sometime smells "

"Don’t go in Spring or Fall. It was cold and rainy and they said its a 70 year old building so the AC was on for summer so no heat in rooms "
