Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello
Excellent front desk staff. First room we were given was gross. Hairs and stains all over the mattress pad, did not look like it had been washed in months. Second room was better, but there was what appeared to be blood on the duvet. Will not stay here again.

English Inn of Charlottesville
While the hotel could use some updating, the large room, fireplace in the lobby, great breakfast, nice staff and reasonable price all make this a comfortable peaceful hotel.

We had a quick one night stay on a family vacation. Great staff and they accommodated an early check in. Beautiful atrium and lobby area. Kids enjoyed the small indoor pool and hot tub. Loved being able to walk right out to the pedestrian mall and shops, restaurants.
