"Staff was nice"

"Reception was nice and clean and staff were welcoming. I didn’t get the 20% voucher on check in so had to chase that the following day. The room was okay, but the rug didn’t look like it was very clean. Breakfast is served on the second floor but when we stayed (over Easter weekend) there were a lot of families with children so very busy. I booked this hotel as it mentioned catering for coeliacs but there were very limited options. The hot section had mixed beans and some small breaded tater tots which is limited for hot breakfast. The room doesn’t come with complimentary water which is not great for those who travelled from further away. All in all, I’d say this is an average three star hotel in a quiet area."

"The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating. The price of the mini bar was ludicrous and for a 5* we expected a bit more inclusive as part of our stay. A lovely place in the heart of Copenhagen."

"I was very surprised to find out that the rooms do not have phones. If I had any questions about the hotel or wanted to get a wake up call, I was not able to speak with anyone. I had to go down to the desk. "

"Great location that is close to canals and a major subway station, lots of shops, etc. This is a very cute hotel and my room was comfortable for a single traveler. (Minor) issues were that some appliances didn't work in the room and the walls were pretty thin, so I was hearing people & music below me but it wasn't too bad. If you're on a budget and want a good stay I would definitely recommend. "
