My room was ready, CLEAN and comfortable. The staff was friendly, very helpful and patient with any concerns and questions I had. The a.m. free breakfast is actually real breakfast and it is delicious. At my check-in, the lady at the front desk Bre, was very friendly and patient as my credit card didn’t register immediately. I allowed another customer to handle their business and I again scanned my card and it was acknowledged. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. My only concern was the lack of a room safe. I didn’t notice any. The hotel is quite and close to the airport and a short ride to downtown Charlotte.
