"The 10-year-old lady at the desk could not process my card and check VA. So into Expedia and she still couldn't check me in. She asked me to leave and I did. I try to get a refund through Expedia and they said no. They're going to go with their vendor. If you need a refund from Expedia, they will not back you up!"

"Yes. The kitchen area was ok. There was no cold water, the toilet wouldn't fill up. My daughter and I had to use a bucket to refill it. Also, people left bags of trash outside the Trash Room.
