The stay was very nice. We had to have them bring us bath towels. Then the fan in bathroom did not work. The door in the bathroom looked like it was really old not like rest of the room

HYATT house Charlotte/Center City
Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum ...
