Stayed for one night on a last‑minute booking and was genuinely impressed. The room was clean, the service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Amazing value for the price.

AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne
The room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the view was incredible! The only downfall is that you guys did not have a pool, and the elevator on the 8th floor was slow. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends.

My room was a little ran down. The rooms are old and not renovated. No smart TV. The legs on my bed had tape around them. Walls cracking. Chipped and ripped furniture.
