"This property was excellent especially for us a family of 4 with teenage kids. The space was great and the location was easy enough to get to. The amenities were excellent, from a fully outfitted kitchen to great beach resources such as chairs, cooler & snorkel equipment. "

"The pictures on the website looks nothing like how the rooms are
The balcony is very small and they have no elevator so you hang to carry your luggage up some stairs
I booked there from Friday to Monday and left on a Saturday because the room was filthy
Would not recommend booking"
"As a loyal Hotels.com customer, I rely heavily on reviews. The more someone can know about a property, the better. First, the positives. This property is in a really good location and has awesome views from the pool area, not so much from the rooms. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. That said, the following is important to know if you are considering a stay. We had one of their 2 largest rooms. By my estimation, it was about 165 square feet, which is small. Case in point, our refrigerator and waste basket were on the front porch. There is also not a lot of attention to detail when it comes to maintaining the property. There was a fair amount of leaves and dirt around the common areas and the pool was dirty. There were hoses that were laying out the entire time we were there that we had to step over to enter our room. There were also ladders and other equipment in the common areas that just doesn’t make for an inviting space. Specific to our room, we had to shut our AC unit off at night because it made a whining sound that made it difficult to sleep. All in all, this property just didn’t seem to have a level of care and upkeep that you would expect. "
"The views from this property are amazing! There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up and down steep stairs.
The hotel is in somewhat degraded condition. This adds to the charm in its external appearance, but the significant paint peeling and a hole in the bathroom ceiling went beyond the disrepair expected.
The Junior suite had a good AC unit for the bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. That was the only AC unit for the room, which meant that the front room with couch and table (and great view!) was warmer than desired, and it would get no AC if the bedroom door was closed.
There is no means to get anything to drink or eat at this hotel before 8am or after 8 pm- not even filtered water. Breakfast is included and good but does not open until 8 am, and opened late nearly every day of my visit, making this breakfast less of an option for business travelers who have morning commitments. There isn't even coffee or tea in the rooms to have before the breakfast opens, and there is no nearby coffee shop for early risers. The restaurant is open for dinner every night and again was good and with a wonderful view, but it is closed on Tuesdays and thus there is no way to get food on property on that night. I tried to get food delivery to the hotel since I was on business travel but could not find any place willing to deliver. Without a car, it is less ideal to stay at this hotel for this reason.
The staff were all wonderful- helpful and accommodating. "
"The room was nice and clean, the store was a little expensive but you pay for convenience. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Restaurant was wonderful, food may need a little seasoning for some but very good, I loved the garlic soy glazed wings. The staff were nice and helpful by ordering taxis and providing insider tips on where to go. Overall, nice place and I would stay again. "
"The sats on the pool was dirty and the area not not kept clean. I was unable to print my boarding pass because the
the printer was not working. The entire system was dirty not cleaned for months. Full of dust."
