"This resort is a hidden gem. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are very clean and updated. The location is great. There is live music every night. I can't think of a single complaint. I would absolutely return to this hotel."

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."

The property is immaculate — our unit was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed, and felt like a true home away from home rather than a generic hotel room. The location in Kihei is unbeatable. You’re steps from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shops along South Kihei Road, and perfectly positioned to explore everything South Maui has to offer. We never felt like we needed to drive far for anything. The pool and amenities are outstanding — well-maintained, never overcrowded, and a genuinely relaxing place to spend the afternoon after a morning at the beach. It’s the kind of resort where you don’t feel the need to leave. What really set this stay apart was the responsiveness of the host. Every question we had was answered quickly and warmly — it made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free from check-in to checkout."

"Did not get the second parking spot we were promised and told to fight for the visitor parking spots! Accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be charged $500 just as we checked out and it was Neighbor suite, everyday most of the day, pool code given was wrong. Elevator out until last day but the Kona low was cause and won’t blame them. Room is great, location is great, but management group is poor! "

"Kitchen was fully equipped with all of the essentials, including spices and other supplies. You can watch the sunset direct from your balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie board and beach cooler were all included for use. Beach towels and bath towels included as well. Pool was nice, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend!"

"Terrific location. Maybe the best location I could’ve asked for. The photos shown were not of the suite we stayed in and not the same address originally given. Stained, water damaged wall in the bathroom. Bathroom stinks a bit, and not just from dropping a duece. Missing specified amenities, like hair dryer and Netflix, which were remedied same day once complaints were made. Cockroaches are common in Maui apparently. I don’t appreciate being bait and switched, but the location more than made up for it. Don’t hesitate to stay with this agent, it is definitely suitable, just Don’t expect it to match the photos on Expedia "
