"Badly outdated and tired. Beds were so uncomfortable and hard. Sorry to say we got little sleep"

"The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food, both at breakfast and in the evening, was excellent. The rooms appeared to be recently decorated and had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again."

"Location, hotel, and spa all excellent. One major let down though- no air conditioning in the bedrooms. I was given a fan when i queried this, however the fan was far too noisy to be able to sleep. It really was far too hot, and unfortunately this would deter me from returning in the summer season. Otherwise the stay was fantastic!"
