"We only stayed one of the three nights scheduled due to National Park road closures. :( But The Ranch went over and above to help navigate with Hotels.com, who was very difficult to get ahold of to cancel the two remaining nights. The Ranch was great and our stay was wonderful! We will be back to see the rest of Death Valley and stay at The Ranch!
Hotels.com was horrible to get through to and made it very difficult to talk to an actual person. I have used them for years without issue, but as soon as there is a problem, they are horrible! Have to re-think using them in the future."
