"Property was in an ideal location. Walking distance to all the key spots. Very clean and very supportive desk personnel. We had 1st floor room which was great. I saw others struggling with luggage up stairs. I did like the fact they had huge lockers for early arrivals in case room was quite available. My only complaint was the bathroom sink. Very small but after 2 days it was acceptable"

"Check in was easy and the person at the front desk was friendly. Our room was nice and comfortable, however, the sink became clogged right away. I called to see if it could be fixed, waited awhile, called again, 2 staff were sent over and claimed to fix it but after they left I washed my hands and it was clogged again. Fortunately we were only staying for 1 night and it was already late so we gave up and went to bed."

"Great pet friendly hotel. Continental breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean but bath tub needs updating( non skid strips with ground in dirt, which looks like from many years of use). Loved the Iris colored decor, even the lighting outside is purple!Could use more outlets on night stand - there are only 2 and we have iPhones and smart watches that needed to be charged. Mattress was comfortable as well as the pillows. The only real problem we found was that you could not watch any scheduled TV programs, just older shows. Thousands of channels to watch, but no local live news and unable to watch shows in the new fall lineup on CBS, NBC & ABC. Very frustrating trying to figure out controls. TV is a nice big flat screen ( looks to be about 65”) but you have to have an account for many of the channels with Netflix, Disney plus, Roku, Hulu,Apple TV , etc. just wanted to watch reg TV, not recent repeats or clips from older shows."

"Nice central location near Main Street restaurants, beaches and the shuttle to the MV ferry out of Woods Hole. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful free parking. It could use some capital improvements (rotting wood trim, missing roof shingles). Good value overall."
