"We stayed for 3 nights at the Lux Villa Ifigenia location in Theriso Village If you looking to stay in a very original, authentic home both unique and old-fashioned that is located in a very small and quiet village, this might be a good option for you. "This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!"

"Our stay at Anotolia Charming was so amazing, the room and the service were both superb. Only a short stroll from the old port with shopping and restaurants and an amazing vibe all round. The lady at the desk was so helpful and assisted us with several local calls to retrieve some items we had left on another island - we can't thank her enough!! "Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"Location perfect. Walkable to old town and harbour in 7 mins. The hotel had parking (valet) which was amazing and made it easy. Just drive in and dump car. The breakfast was amazing. So fresh and so many options. The room was great, good AC and a comfy bed. The main area where it excelled was the staff! Always a smile and they always went out of their way to help us with any request. Thank you team Kydon!! "
