"Terrible general manager doesn know what customer service is, booked a 3 night stay needed to leave 1 night before and he basically didnt care and has a very bad attitude, all staff said ok but he denied my family emergency, these people shouldnt be general managers not coming back, also they clean the rooms every 7 days"

"I had reservations for my daughter who arrived a day before me. She was treated extremely rudely at check in. They would not contact me to verify my credit card on file. She was required to pay for her first and second night. I have spent a good deal of time trying to get her credited after I paid for her 3 night stay when I arrived. As of this writing, she has not been credited even though I have been told the credits were issued. I find it ridiculous to pay for parking. We only found out at check in and were not told in advance. A charge of $15 is unbelievable. There is not charge for parking at other local hotels. The place is very worn out. A disappointment for a Marriott. The pool was not clean enough to use. I am sorry to say, I will not use this hotel again. Vicki Kost "
