"The hotel is perfect for a short visit to Reims. Great location and has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. Clean sheets and towels. It was very hot weather during our stay. It would be nice to have a small beverage cooler for cold water. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was nice and accommodating, thank you!"

"Clean room, kind staff, great location. However, the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos (although the bathroom is a good size) and we went in june so it was extremely hot - and the fans they provided in the room are quite weak. No AC, which is the main downside for summertime travel. But if the weather is good, id say the room is very good value."

"We had a very slow check-in which was exasperated by the excessive heatwave! However, the hotel team were very good and gave us a gift and an apology for the trouble. It's often how the problem is addressed rather than the problem itself, so I congratulate them for that. Nice coffee cafitiere in the room, steamer and good tea."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we must say, we particularly enjoyed this stay. The hotel has made a few tweaks and changes to enhance the overall experience. They now have wine tasting at 6pm, the pool area now has the option to enjoy snacks and largest bites by the pool and the in room mini bar is now complementary. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly."
