"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful, the room was nothing like the picture, the bathroom had mold not the greatest. Breakfast I paid when I got there and it was very limited also paid for dinner and all they had were hamburgers fries and other little things. Definitely eat out if you stay there. If it were not for the staff being so nice I would have probably given them a one star. Way over priced so sorry I used my points on this. "

"hotel sympa, bien placé, chambre petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Par contre très dècevant : le parking coute 11€, si vous avez la chance de trouver une place à votre arrivée, il est déconseillé de s’absenter en soirée car vous ne serez pas sûr de retrouver votre place à votre retour. Par contre, la place sera bien facturé 11€. petit déjeuner: Un petit sac en papier m’a été remis en guise de petit déj à la place du buffet annoncé lors de la réservation. "Functional but very comfortable hotel just outside Strasbourg city centre - easy to reach the centre by tram (10 mins) or 25 minute walk. Worked perfectly for our last night in Alsace"

"Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk and was brusquely told by the woman we could not check-in until 3pm. We asked if there was perhaps just 1 room ready (we had 2 rooms reserved), again rudely told only at 3pm. Then we had to ask if we could at least store our luggage. Not once did she suggest anything...we roamed the hotel on our own & eventually had lunch at the restaurant (excellent food). We then patiently waited in the lobby until 3pm & was served by another lady who was sympathetic to our interaction with her colleague. All that aside, the rooms are generous in size, the balconies have a tanle & 2 chairs & a somewhat fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom again quite large. It is located somewhat outside of the city but we secured the same taxi each morning to bring us into town."

"The staff were amazing! We were dealing with a lost passport situation and Damoon, Lea, and Penelope were especially helpful in assisting us with making necessary phone calls, appointments, and printing copies of documents. They really saved us from a lot of extra frustration. A big thanks to all of them! The room was clean and comfortable - everything we needed as we dealt with a difficult situation. We will definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in Strasbourg again."

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
