"My go to hotel at the airport. It’s extremely convenient and affordable. Has all amenities, restaurants, bar, sitting areas, even a carefour right outside. Clean and a friendly staff. "

"Three of us in one room for one night. The good: conveniently located next to train station at airport. Fun bar and lounge area. The bad: rollaway bed was the worst I have ever had. Not flat and bruised my thigh getting out of bed due to a metal bar that was in the way. The shower drain was plugged and it almost overflowed. I had to cut short my shower. No outlet for curling iron in bathroom. My wife had to do her hair in a semi crouch in the hallway. The usb ports next to the bed did not work."

Housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were one of the highlights of my experience. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was at reception or during service, they made me feel valued as a guest. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. I also had a chance to visit the bar, which had a nice atmosphere—perfect for unwinding in the evening. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service."

"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."

"Lovely twin room basic but included ensuite with hot shower. Sheets were a bit light and moved while you slept in their cover. But not a major moan. A bar/better coffee provision would of been nice. But for the price 4 stars "

"They offered free croissants, juice, coffee, and teas in the common area. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is also located in a good area. There are restaurants nearby, and the metro and bus are across the street. The area seemed safe at any time. "
