"I have used hotels.com for years, but one thing I have learned is that their rankings for “best hotel” in a city don’t truly correspond with what one would consider a best hotel. Staying at the Woodward Hotel, which is easily the best hotel in hotel in Geneva, only reaffirmed that impression.
