On the border of Switzerland this hotel is very convenient for travellers. With access to great facilities such as supermarkets, shops abd restaurants, swimming pool, gym and climbing wall. Great staffs too.

Agréable séjour

C’est pas la première fois qu’on séjourne dans cette hôtel. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien garnis on adore le jus d’orange pressé, la charcuterie, la viennoiserie. Seul Bémol avant le week-end on avait le droit au crêpe c’est finit et c’est fort dommage…

Surprisingly nice location

We didn’t realise this was next door to a lovely water park Even better was that the hotel gave us complimentary tickets to use it - yes, free! There’s a shopping centre (and McDonald’s if you like that) in the same building Our room had a lovely view of the mountains (though at least 1/2 will overlook the shopping centre car park - so we were lucky) The only issue we had is that the car park close to the hotel has a 1.9m height limit and our car is 1.99 so we had to park a bit further away with the RVs - not really an issue

LACK OF MANNERS FROM SOME CREW MEMBERS

It was our first visit to Geneve, the Hotel was very comfortable and well located. Bad thing is that the lady in the Cafeteria area yelled at us because we put the salt container in another place (we were not done using it), she was not nice at all. I am not sure if it is a matter of culture (hopefully not) or her with personal issues, but it was very rude from her. We will definitely not going back to this Hotel again.

Bof bof pour le prix

Dommage que la salle de bain vieillisse de la sorte. Robinetterie de la douche couverte de calcaire ?probleme de nettoyage certainement), les caches des tuyaux dans les murs qui ne tiennent plus donc vu sur les percages.. (voir photos). Cote petit dejeuner, cet hotel fait partie de ceux qui veulent se donner bonne conscience en mettant la motte de beurre a decouper pour eviter les emballages des mini beurres mais qui supprime les petites cuilleres et mettent des touillettes en bois jetables.... aller comprendre La personne qui s'occupe des petits dejeuner ne doit supporter que les clients ne prennent pas de plateaux car viens leur poser un plateau sur leur table quand ils n'y sont pas, ce doit eyre plus simple que le client mette lui meme sur le plateau a sa place au moment de debarrasser. Dernier point, une machine a presser ses oranges comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels de la marque mais dans celui ci la machine est manuelle avec une manette a faire tourner sur le côté, ca reste folklo mais faudrait que la manette soit nettoyée regulierement car ca colle dans tous les sens... Rien n'a été signalé a mon depart car personne ne se soucie de demander si tout sest bien passé comme dans la majeure partie des hotels aujourd'hui....
