"We had to wait more than half an hour for the receptionist."

"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "A very nice and quite new apart hotel near the beach area, close to a fabulous promenade and a boulevard. Friendly staff. Not far from Batumi airport."

"The property is new and clean but doesn't have a restaurant or a cafe, most of the rooms don't have Sea view.The pool was clean but cold .The gay at reception and other staff are so cool without any smile and all the time in their mobiles."

"Excellent location. Nice big room. Excellent breakfast. Reception not very receptive. We wanted an umbrella, they say they do not have. I demanded one for the evening, finally they spplied one. Curtain tore, I told them in the morning. Until the late afternoon it was not fixed.When we reminded them, they finally sent someone to fix it. I think that a 5-star hotel should be more receptive "

"Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."
