"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "The perfect hotel for a quick stop in Carcassonne. Very convenient location across the bridge from the village walls. The staff was very helpful and kind from the moment we arrived until we checked-out. Handy with the private parking around the corner of the hotel, but remember to reserve a spot in advance as it is small. We booked the panoramic suite which was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a pool and restaurant on site, but we did not use these during our stay. The garden area outside is also beautiful and well kept. We would absolutely come back to this property upon our next visit to Carcassonne."

Tapis partout et odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Le + tout à côté de la forteresse 2 minutes à pieds. Très jolie terrasse avec vue sur la forteresse. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Stationnement disponible à l’hôtel avec code d’accès. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et on vient vous le servir à votre table."
