"I love staying here at Lucerna. It’s been an amazing hotel for years and years. The staff is always amazing, the rooms are always impecable and the hotel itself is always super clean. The only thing that I did give 3 stars was because the room was not as clean as it usually is, I did see hair on the bed and a nail. The toilet was also not as clean as it usually is but again this has only been one experience from many great ones."

"Very good place overall, please consider that this is not rated as a 5star hotel, but rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, attentive and polite, very basic breakfast, good to get you going. Plenty of parking on rear of hotel, and I did see cameras, that is a plus in my books. Overall pleased with this hotel"

"The staff was amazing, they even got us a fridge. My issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. It was wide open, no actual door separating the room and the bathroom. Other than that it was pleasant."

"Excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was helpful. Italian restaurant was delicious. The Mexican restaurant was huge disappointment. The service was slow and food was cold. The simple nachos were missing two key ingredients. We did not go back to eat there."

"My room was on the 6th floor. The A/C unit worked but the tempurture sensing unit didn't work, it wouldn't shut-off, so the room became ice-cold or too hot. As always the bedding needs to be changed, it's worn out fron the pillows to the mattresses."
