"Very upset that the pool was closed. Was the main reason i booked this hotel. 106 weather i took my family to enjoy the pool . Upset that i got charged full price but no pool. Also the rooms ac makes noise 24/7 Theirs no fridges. The tvs are old cant watch nothing smart. Main reason im upset is the pool i wish they would of offered a discount"

"Staff was great very helpful and the property is clean, rooms spacious, location is safe as well. Next to a Starbucks, there’s plenty of good restaurants at a walking distance. Will be returning for sure on my future visits."

"Los cuartos están muy limpios desayuno esta bueno, me hospede 3 noches habitación 115 el ruido de los carros en mínimo pero la música que tienen en bar que está cerca del hotel si se escucha más viernes es cuando tuve problemas para dormir por la música pero todo lo demás estuvo bien si regresaría a este hotel."

"Hotel is under remodeling, elevators were out of service and our room was in the 4th floor. We had to use the emergency stairs which had no a/c and the temperature in Mexicali was over 100 degrees fahrenheit. The staff at the front desk didn’t even make an effort to apologize for the inconvenience or offer some kind of compensation. The staff in the lobby, security and restaurant on the other hand thanked us for staying, apologized for the inconvenience and invited us to come back once the remodel was completed. If I had known the hotel was under remodeling I would have booked somewhere else. "

"I paid for a standard room with a king bed. Mind you I called ahead of time to confirm it was accurate and they confirmed. On the day of check in they gave me a room with a full bed. I spoke to the front office and they informed me their hotel does not even hold any king beds so it is false advertisement. I have been trying to get either a partial or full refund from Hotels.com. They say they try getting in contact with someone at the hotel to discuss the issue and process a refund but they are unable to. However when I call I get a hold of someone right away. I have asked to speak to a manager and they call me later at night so I missed their call and now I cannot get a hold of anyone. Not staying in this hotel ever again. False advertisement"
