"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! Zimmer war sehr sauber, Matratzen etwas härter, für uns top. Zu den Mahlzeiten waren wir sehr pünktlich, und hatten auch eine ausreichende Auswahl. Für jeden war etwas dabei, auch mein Mann als Veganer war zufrieden. Den Spar Bereich haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es gab auch ein Café/-Bar, mit einer Auswahl an Kuchen und alkoholischen Getränken."

"The hotel well located. I took bus #2 on a bus stationnear the train station. You can pay for the ride on board with credit card. Hotel has 3 buildings. The pool, steam rooms and spa located in one building. Wide range of procedures offered. Pool and hot tub have very well working wirpools. I love my stay very much , and can recommend it. Value for a money is excellent."
