"The room was large, clean and modern. The staff was very kind and there is a free mini bar full of non-alcoholic beverages along with a full breakfast spread. There is no phone in the room or room service. You truly don’t need anything! Great location. Can walk to anywhere you want to go! "

"The room itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the gallery. Completely soundproof. And decorated tastefully. The staff were incredible as well. They consistently made themselves available for questions and assistance (even when some of the questions were a little dumb). Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milan. "

"Wonderful location with good access to public transport. All staff we had were kind, precessional and attentive. We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved. Breakfast was delicious too."

"This property is an entire apartment which is so great because we are a party of five. My 7 year old daughter loved the loft. The outside looks classic, but the inside of the unit is modern. I like that they have espresso machine. You don’t need to go outside first thing in the morning to get coffee. The unit is clean, and even though I did not meet the staff in person, the instructions were so clear and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend it for those who will travel to Milan."
