Extremely proactive communication from the day of booking. Very helpful, kind, and friendly. The apartment itself was outstanding and in the heart of the city/walkable. I wish we had more time to stay within the residence and take in all of the amenities of the property. Beautiful spot we’ll absolutely return to. Thank you all!

Fabulous apartment and guest experience

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a truly great location. Super clean, very easy check in process, and amazing responsive staff to any and all communications. I always felt like there was someone I could talk to immediately for any questions or issues. It is a "touchless" check in, in that there isn't a person at a front desk, but the staff at Heart Milano were amazing and helped with every step of the journey, including setting up a driver to take us to the airport on our last day. I give this experience 5 stars.

The amenities in the apartment were great. 2 outdoor, covered dining spaces, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a meal. Spacious rooms were a big plus when traveling with kids. Host was super responsive.
