"Great proximity to the Centre of town."

"What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Everything about this was just lovely. Amazing location, for starters. Everything you could want is within a four or five minute walk. A very lively atmosphere. The apartment itself was just lovely. Bright, with big windows and an utterly enormous terrace where we spent a lot of time relaxing. And the apartment was QUIET. During the day, some men were doing construction on the apartment above us, replacing windows,etc., and if we hadn't happened to...

"I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status."

"First of all, Francesca our contact was very nice and helpful. However, there were issues in the property when we arrived. The shower did not work and no shower curtain! The microwave did not work and when we arrived at the property the WIFI was not working either. The next day Francesaca sent a manager over to fix the shower head and the WIFI, but we never were abe to use the kitchen because the microwave did not work and the gas stove was there but the lighter they left there did not work...

"I absolutely loved this hotel. When i initially exited the train and was walking to the hotel, i wasnt sure what to expect but it was the perfect little oasis inside this metropolitan area. The staff was very professional and attentive. The hotel was charming. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable and the room smelled like there was jo malone room fragrance was pumping through the air. It was so delightful. I really enjoyed my stay here and of course would stay at this hotel again if I'm in this area. It's about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the train station so it was perfect for day trips to cinqua terre and portofino. I unfortunately didnt get the breakfast addition because I booked through expedia, but it didnt matter. There were enough little cafes around for me to grab something. The lady host at the reception area was graceful enough to give me a map wth all the important areas marked out. I enjoyed everything about my stay here and truly recommend it to everyone."
