"Ok for a night but that’s it"

"Receptionist are kind and welcoming. But, I got mislead by the ratings. I often stay at hostels, so I’m used of places that aren’t fancy or super clean. I don’t care if it’s old, which this hotel is, but I like to have some cleanliness and hot water. When you enter the area where the rooms are, you immediately smell an old ”smoke smell”. "Really lovely hotel within walking distance of a metro. Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel. I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove. Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again"

"Expensive cleaning fee added, only to find some parts had not previously been cleaned. Other guests made a lot of noise on the echoing stairs including shouting from one apartment to another."

"Warm hospitality by our host Matteo and beautiful accommodations! Check-in and parking were so easy- our room was comfortable and clean. The location felt very safe and it was so easy to take the short bus ride to the metro to reach the Duomo. We loved our stay and look forward to our next visit. "

"Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms weren't really suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Air conditioning was in the hotel but not available to be switched on as main unit was turned off due to season even though rooms and areas in hotel were hot."
